Do you require grip socks?
Yes we do! But don't worry, we don't require you to wear our own, just as long as you bring grip socks from anywhere we will let you play! If you forget grip socks, they can be purchased at the front desk.
When can we wear shoes?
You can wear your shoes if you are not climbing or playing on the Bounce Houses or playstructure.
Can we do Walk- In Birthday Parties?
No, sorry at this time we only accept pre-booked parties. Please contact us for more details.
How long do we get to play and eat?
For open-play admission, you are guaranteed at least an hour in the play area. We try to give everyone more time, but admission is monitored by bracelets and when we are required to ask people to leave it will be done by the color of bracelets. But that will only take place after you have at least an hour of play time.
Can we use our own theme for a party?
Yes, our theme is the jungle, but you are welcome to bring your own themed items such as cups, napkins, plates, tablecloths, balloons, etc if you decide not to go with one of our party add-ons. They must be removed once the party is completed. Please note all balloons must have tied down or have weights on them.
Can we bring our own food to a party?
Only cakes, cupcakes, or other party deserts will be allowed to be brought in from the outside. Party food packages can be ordered when you book a birthday party, even ice cream!
Are we allowed to bring outside food into Charlies Safari?
No, we only allow cakes or other deserts for scheduled birthday parties.
Are we able to leave and re-enter Charlie’s?
• No, once you leave Charlie’s Safari you will have to pay admission to re-enter. (The only exceptions are adults needing to take or get things from their car).
What drinks are provided with a party?
We provide pitcher(s) of water and soda of your choice depending on the package you purchase.
What is the refund policy for a party deposit?
We will not refund your deposit, but it will follow the party if you have to change the date and/or time.
